Registration is limited to 150 registrants
Registration Rates
The figures below include registration for the Conference and 7-nights accommodation at the chosen venue (checking in Monday, July 5 and checking out Monday, July 12).
Single Occupancy
Robinson College - $2,500
Single room (twin bed) with private bathroom (no air conditioning). Some rooms have balcony and garden view. On-campus café and bar. 15-minute tree-lined walk to Cambridge Market Square. Daily breakfast included.
University Arms Hotel - $4,000
Single room with double bed or larger and private bathroom (air conditioning). Marriott Autograph Collection. Overlooks Parker’s Piece greenspace. On-site fitness center. 9-minute walk to Cambridge Market Square. Daily breakfast included.
Double Occupancy
Graduate by Hilton Cambridge - $3,000/registrant (2 required)
Double occupancy room with king bed and private bathroom (air conditioning). Overlooks Coe Fen on the River Cam. On-site fitness center, pool, hot tub, and sauna. 10-minute walk to Cambridge Market Square. Daily breakfast included.
University Arms Hotel - $4,300
Double room with double bed or larger and private bathroom (air conditioning). Marriott Autograph Collection. Overlooks Parker’s Piece greenspace. On-site fitness center. 9-minute walk to Cambridge Market Square. Daily breakfast for two included. Non-registered companions may not attend ANY Conference events as space is extremely limited.
Daily Registration - A very limited number of daily registrations are available for AAM members who are local to Cambridge. To inquire about this option, please e-mail conference@anglicanmusicians.org. NOTE: Registration without accommodation included is not available to non-local members.
Scholarships
AAM is eager to make Conferences financially possible for all of our members. Using the form linked below, you may apply for a scholarship. Scholarship applications will be accepted until December 15. If any scholarships are available after the deadline, applications will be received on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Policy
Cancellations will be charged a per person penalty as follows:
Before January 1 - $250
January 1 through February 28 - $500
April 1 or after, no refund on deposit or payments can be guaranteed.
To request a refund, email/mail your registration form with your cancellation request to the registrar (registrar@anglicanmusicians.org) briefly stating your situation. In the case of extenuating circumstances, requests will be considered following the conference by the Conference Committee.
Photography Release Waiver
In the course of this Conference and its associated events, photographers will be documenting the activities, meetings, services, etc. that take place. These photos may subsequently be used by the Association and/or the Conference Committee for publication via the web, in promotional materials, and in the Association’s social media pages. By registering and attending this Conference, you are indicating consent for use, as discussed above, of any images that contain your likeness in whole or in part. If you do not wish to have your photograph used as described above, please state so by writing to office@anglicanmusicians.org.
