Scholarships
AAM is eager to make Conferences financially possible for all of our members. Using the form linked below, you may apply for a scholarship. Scholarship applications will be accepted until February 15. If any scholarships are available after the deadline, applications will be received on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Policy

Cancellation requests received before April 1 will receive a 100% refund on registration and event fees, minus a processing fee of $75. Cancellation requests received after April 1 but before May 25 will receive a 50% refund on registration and event fees, minus a processing fee of $75. No cancellation/refund requests will be accepted after May 25.

To request a refund, email/mail your registration form with your cancellation request to the registrar (registrar@anglicanmusicians.org) briefly stating your situation.

In the case of extenuating circumstances, requests will be considered following the conference by the Conference Committee.

All hotel cancellations are subject to the housing/hotel cancellation policy, available in your housing confirmation email.
Photography Release Waiver
In the course of this Conference and its associated events, photographers will be documenting the activities, meetings, services, etc. that take place. These photos may subsequently be used by the Association and/or the Conference Committee for publication via the web, in promotional materials, and in the Association’s social media pages. By registering and attending this Conference, you are indicating consent for use, as discussed above, of any images that contain your likeness in whole or in part. If you do not wish to have your photograph used as described above, please state so by writing to office@anglicanmusicians.org.
