The AAM Mentoring Program seeks
  • young or less-experienced church musicians,
  • musicians new to the Episcopal Church,
  • musicians in their first professional appointment, or
  • persons who wish to increase their skills
Who will
  • determine in conversation with clergy or director of music whether this program would be of value
  • meet with a mentor
  • together with the mentor assess skills and abilities
  • mutually establish goals and objectives
  • enter into a covenant relationship for 6-9 months, which will include site visits, regular communication, and suggestions for further professional development.
